Really appreciated the demo! The "sickly" part was interesting too, and the gender selection was pretty unique (I spent thirty seconds trying to understand it, but I'm not complaining). The art is gorgeous, too! The skip button didn't work for me though on windows, though I suppose it isn't really needed for the demo considering how short it is. I'm definitely waiting for the full game!

Is it intentional or a bug that once we go on the walk with him, the save/load/prefs options disappear? And I think I got a story-related bug; despite never having any of the dreams seeing the woman, I got the scene where we look at her portrait and my character described recognizing her from their dreams (that they haven't had?) For what it's worth I played on web browser.

I couldn't resist naming my MC Mina (and variations thereof for the other genders) for that authentic reincarnated Dracula's wife experience.

(SPOILERS AHEAD)

I wish we could get the option to be more assertive without rejecting him. Vasya is clearly into strong, terrifying women, let MC have a backbone!! Especially after they put their foot down and reject him in one of the good endings. They want to get closer to him, but on their own terms, and away from Liza's legacy.

Also, despite being mistreated at their village, MC seems extremely focused on getting to the bottom of this plague situation, with the dogged determination of a true protagonist. This, alongside their efforts to improve literacy among the village kids, the option to get defensive about the land, and FMC being used to running a household, it sounds like they'd make a better noble than Vasya tbh. The people's champion, who had the drive and courage to come knocking at the land's mysterious lord's door and demand answers, who, if they're any similar to Elizaveta probably knows how to run a tight ship, and crucially, can walk into sunlight... MC could very easily take over Vasily's admin duties. Idk, I think it'd put them on more equal footing as they truly get to know each other.

This could be considered a review!

There's something quite captivating about the story, the characters, even the NPCs. I like that he's so distressed by the fact that the red-haired vampire probably doesn't see you as an individual person, but will always see his deceased wife in you, even if you don't exactly play as a woman. I find it interesting that your story, background, and context change according to your choice of pronouns. And last but not least, I absolutely love the vampire's personality. He's a gentleman, kind in his own old-fashioned way. However, even though he's a generous gentleman, You will get a very bad consequence from him if you pressure him too much and push him to the limit. Finally, the art is simply beautiful; I'm in love with everything in the novel.

This is a review :)

I loved the premise, but the route I took didn't reveal much lore! I found some parts of the story. I got the bad end (I think) - which might have affected my enjoyment of the game. I could tell it was very well crafted! The art was beautiful and so was the story (at least the one I got, I am aware it varies depending on how you play the game). I am not one for vampires, but I enjoyed this game very much!

beautiful game. the art is absolutely stunning! the atmosphere is eerie and gothic and everything i've ever wanted. the perfect vampire game.

Usually I dislike calling people by the short versions of their names and being shortened to Nastya in return (just an odd quirk of mine), but! I grew up with a cat named Vasya, who I loved more than anyone in the whole world, so when Valisy asked to call him Vasya I immediately folded 💙
Funny and specific positive childhood triggers aside, that's such a nice short vn with an amazing atmosphere, art, writing and music. Thank you!
